Cllr Andy Hibbitt

Chair of PATCH Working Group

Member of CIL, Budget and HR Working Groups

Andy has been a resident of the Parish since 2013, living in Dodwell and first joined the CIL and PATCH working groups before being co-opted as a Councillor in March 2021.

Andy is CIPS qualified and has a full-time contract management role in National Grid’s Capital Construction team and has enjoyed a long and varied career in the gas and electricity utility industry.

The opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of the residents of Luddington and Dodwell, particularly through green travel initiatives and traffic calming, is what has attracted Andy to become a Parish Councillor and he is delighted to be able to serve the community in which he lives.

Andy is a lover of trees and has planted many in association with the Woodland Trust. He also enjoys skiing, cycling and dog walking.
